Real Estate Sales Executive – Eternal Nest Properties

The Real Estate Sales Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, explain project details, and fix site visits for our sales team for plot/apartment projects in and around Bengaluru. They will be responsible for daily calling targets, proper follow-up, and updating lead status in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to fresh, cold, and warm leads from our database and marketing campaigns.

• Explain project details (location, pricing, dimensions, approvals, amenities, offers) clearly to potential customers.

• Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and convert enquiries into interested leads and site visits.

• Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and buying timeline before forwarding to the sales/field team.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers with the sales/field executives.

• Maintain and update all lead details, call outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel sheets daily.

• Do regular follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages to move leads from enquiry to visit to booking.

• Achieve daily/weekly KRAs (number of calls, talk time, qualified leads, site visits booked).

• Share daily call and lead report with the team leader/management.

• Stay updated about ongoing projects, pricing changes, and offers of our partner builders.
