Key Responsibilities  Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, preferences, and budgets.  Sales Execution: Manage end-to-end property transactions, from lead generation and site visits to negotiations and deal closures.  Property Advisory: Provide clients with expert advice on property options, legal documentation, market trends, and investment opportunities.  Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through referrals, networking, and follow-ups on inquiries.  Market Research: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market developments, and competitive properties in Bangalore.  Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.  Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience.
