Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed information about projects, and engaging with prospective customers. The role focuses on qualifying leads, explaining project features and pricing, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Provide accurate information about projects, including features, pricing, and ongoing offers
  • Explain project details clearly and professionally to potential buyers
  • Convince and coordinate with customers to schedule project site visits
  • Follow up with interested clients and nurture long-term relationships
  • Maintain and update records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits
  • Address customer queries and provide necessary information promptly
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all stages of interaction
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle customer objections professionally
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Goal-oriented with a customer-focused approach
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in real estate pre-sales or sales support
  • Familiarity with lead management systems
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
