Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, networking, social media, and field visits.
  • Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Bangalore, achieve monthly revenue targets, Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
  • Be responsible for end to end discussion with buyers and Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
  • Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
  • Develop relationships with Top Selling Developer and Investors and End-customers. 
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
  • Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
  • Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
  • Fixing up an Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads.
  • Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to the customers converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value .
  • Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service Build trust, value others , communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. 
  • Understand the client's needs and propose an appropriate solution that suits them best Guiding and explaining about project detail to the customers 
  • Regular Follow up with customers for the booking. 
  • Making good relation with back office & Builder sales team. 
  • Keep accurate records of calls & conversions 
  • Work with Sales team for Client appointments & achieve conversion 
  • Must have a strong work ethic and sense of loyalty to the company 
  • Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
