Real Estate Sales Executive

We are hiring for results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with a focus on Real Estate Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess experience in real estate residential property sales.  As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through bookings and sales closure. Key Responsibilities:

Ø Convert leads for residential real estate projects (flats and villas).

Ø Handle inquiries, site visits, negotiation and closure.

Ø Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property.

Ø Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ø Maintain strong relationships with clients and builders.

Ø Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

v 2 -5 years of Sales Experience.

v Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience in Real Estate Residential Sales (flats, apartments and villas) is mandatory.

v Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

v Proven track record of achieving real estate sales targets.

v Only candidates who reside in Bangalore can apply for the job. Outstation candidates are not preferred.
