Job Title: Refund Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

The Refund Manager is responsible for handling customer refund requests, managing delays, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role involves proactively calling customers, explaining refund timelines, and ensuring customers are convinced and reassured during the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end refund requests from customers in a professional manner

Make outbound calls to customers regarding refund status and delays

Clearly explain reasons for refund delays and revised timelines

Convince and retain customer trust through effective communication

Address customer concerns, objections, and escalations tactfully

Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, sales) to track refund progress

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Work towards minimizing escalations and negative customer experiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

2–5 years of experience in real estate/customer handling/refund management

Experience in CRM tools is an added advantage

Reduction in refund-related escalations

Timely follow-ups and closure rates
