Havenacres is developing a premium managed farmland experience designed for discerning buyers who want to own beautiful land while enjoying curated amenities and professional land management. Our customers are typically entrepreneurs, senior professionals, and global Indians looking for a meaningful asset and lifestyle investment near Bangalore.
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager who thrives in high-value transactions and enjoys building relationships with premium customers.
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Antara, you will be responsible for driving high-ticket farmland sales, engaging with sophisticated buyers, and guiding them through the entire ownership journey. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated by incentives and enjoys closing meaningful, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for premium managed farmland plots
- Engage and nurture high-net-worth and premium customers from Bangalore and beyond
- Conduct discovery calls, site visit coordination, and deal closures
- Build strong trust with clients through consultative selling
- Maintain and manage leads through the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (high-ticket sales preferred)
- Based out of Bangalore
- Strong proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with premium clientele and HNI customers
- Self-driven, ambitious, and highly incentive motivated
- Willingness to coordinate site visits on weekends when required
