Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop, implement, and track sales strategies and quotas to meet company objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with investors and clients, handling high-level, luxury, or complex property sales.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property listings, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Performance & Forecasting: Monitor individual agent performance, provide daily coaching, and analyze sales data to forecast future trends.
  • Compliance & Operations: Ensure all transactions adhere to local real estate laws, ethical standards, and company policies. 
  • Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and train a high-performing team of sales agents to achieve goals.
