• Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan and monitor site visits, including high-net-worth and priority clients
• Actively participate in site visits, client meetings, and property presentations
• Handle price negotiations, payment terms, and deal closures
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion ratios
• Track leads, follow-ups, site visit conversions, and closures
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth sales operations
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients
• Ensure proper documentation, booking, and registration processes
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
• Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate
• Strong leadership, team-handling, and motivation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits
