Looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager drives revenue by leading a team of agents to meet sales targets, developing strategic marketing plans, and closing high-value property deals. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, as well as maintaining key client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations. 

Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and scheduling sales agents to optimize performance.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Setting sales goals, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to secure new business.
• Client Relationship Management: Building relationships with prospective buyers, handling negotiations, and closing deals.
• Operational Management: Monitoring sales activity, maintaining CRM/ERP systems, and reporting on performance metrics to senior management.
• Marketing Support: Collaborating with the marketing team to promote properties and boost visibility. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 3+ years in real estate sales, often with previous supervisory experience.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local market trends, property law, and real estate regulations.
