1. Role OverviewThe Field Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through direct market engagement, territory-based prospecting, client relationship building, and sales conversion. This is a high-activity, target-driven role requiring strong communication skills, resilience, and self-discipline.

The role primarily involves fieldwork, customer interaction, and site visit coordination.

2. Key Role ObjectivesThe Field Sales Executive is expected to:

3. Detailed Responsibilities3.1 Lead Generation & Market

Prospecting·      Conduct daily field visits in assigned territories

·      Identify potential customers through:

o  Door-to-door visits

o  Cold prospecting

o  References

o  Local networking

·      Generate leads from:

o  Residential areas

o  Commercial hubs

o  Business establishments

·      Develop referral channels

·      Build long-term local visibility

 

3.2 Client Engagement & Needs

Analysis·      Initiate conversations with prospective buyers

·      Understand client requirements:

o  Budget

o  Preferred location

o  Property type

o  Purpose (investment/self-use)

o  Purchase timeline

·      Provide accurate project information

·      Build credibility and trust

 

3.3 Property Presentation &

Demonstration·      Present project features confidently

·      Highlight benefits, not just specifications

·      Address objections professionally

·      Position property as a solution

 

3.4 Site Visit Coordination·      Schedule client visits

·      Assist clients with directions/logistics

·      Conduct professional site tours

·      Explain pricing, amenities, payment plans

 

3.5 Sales Conversion &

Negotiation·      Follow structured follow-up processes

·      Handle pricing discussions within policy

·      Support closure processes

·      Coordinate booking/documentation

 

3.6 Relationship & Referral

Development·      Maintain customer relationships

·      Encourage referrals

·      Build repeat business opportunities

 

3.7 Reporting & CRM

Discipline·      Maintain accurate lead records

·      Update CRM daily

·      Submit sales activity reports

·      Track pipeline progress
