Job Description: The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting suitable property options, and closing sales deals. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential buyers and generate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking. 2. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate property options. 3. Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients. 4. Present, promote, and sell real estate projects using solid sales arguments. 5. Negotiate prices and terms to close profitable deals. 6. Maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. 7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 8. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Requirements: 1. Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate or direct sales. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Confidence in client interactions and presentation. 4.
