๐Ÿ“ž Primary Roles of a Real Estate Telecaller

  • Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and generate interest.
  • Client Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries, provide information about properties, and build rapport with prospects.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested buyers, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to help close deals and meet sales targets.

  • Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to cold and warm leads to pitch property offerings.
  • Inbound Query Handling: Address questions about location, pricing, amenities, and availability.
  • Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on call outcomes, lead status, and conversion metrics.

  • Sales Acumen: Ability to identify buyer intent and tailor pitches accordingly.
