๐ Primary Roles of a Real Estate Telecaller
- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and generate interest.
- Client Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries, provide information about properties, and build rapport with prospects.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested buyers, ensuring smooth logistics.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to help close deals and meet sales targets.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to cold and warm leads to pitch property offerings.
- Inbound Query Handling: Address questions about location, pricing, amenities, and availability.
- Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on call outcomes, lead status, and conversion metrics.

- Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to identify buyer intent and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software.
- Persistence: Strong follow-up discipline and resilience in handling rejections.
