We work 6 days a week, timing 9 AM to 6 PM & Sunday Holiday.

Roles & Responsibilities - “HR – Admin / PS & Operations Executive” - Multitask.
Personal Secretary
· Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
· Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with Sr. & MD to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
· Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
· Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
· Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
· Joining lunch / dinner with Sr. & MD as and when called with client or with any representative for official work.
· Checking Emails on Outlook and responding to same taking feedback for Sr. & MD.
· Taking dictation and preparing minutes of all meetings and sharing it time.
· Visiting institute, Calling candidate having interviewed carrying out background check and recruiting
· Maintaining all employees documents, producing same as when asked and taking care of HR & Admin.
· Briefing papers, reports and presentations.
· Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Sr. & MD is well prepared for all meetings liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
· Responsibility for accounts, budgets, transfer of funds, Insurances, renewals
· Delegating work to others in the absence of Sr. & MD and being involved in decision-making processes.
· Pre- Qualification to fill and share in Excel details of Company having all information from Database or respective Mgr.
· Receiving Tender Bid and responding to same by email having checked all Prerequisite of Clients.
· Sending Tender Inquiry to Vendors / OEM / Distributors / Retailers and follow-ups for quotations and technical queries if any.
· Preparing Excel comparative on commercial offer received from Vendor / OEM / Distributors / Retailers and technical comparison.
· Inviting Vendor / OEM / Distributors / Retailers for commercial negotiation and follow-ups for revised offers.
· Submitting the Tender Bid to client with all required as per tender prerequisite within time frame on bid submission.
· Following with client for Order on the tender bid and to check the position in compare to other bidders competition.
· Preparing the Excel sheet comparative of all bidders offer submitted and rating the Highest & Lowest.
· Releasing the Workorder to Vendors on Excel and chasing for delivery.
· Sharing Delivery tracker and project schedule obtaining information from respective Mgr. having seamless coordination with various department.
· Meetings the Clients / Vendors / Exhibitions and travelling in station, out of stations and abroad.
· Managing front desk having assist to Jr. or in their absences.
· Travelling Interstate / Abroad for meeting clients, exhibition, events and get-together team building.
HR & Admin – Operations
Recruitment & Onboarding:
· Publishing job ads on platforms and screening resumes.
· Coordinating interviews, scheduling with hiring managers, and issuing offer letters.
· Managing new hire orientation, employee onboarding, and document collection.
· Employee Record Management:
· Maintaining physical and digital personnel files (contracts, ID proofs, academic certificates).
· Updating employee information in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
· Campus recruitment travelling interstate.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
· Gathering attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing.
· Assisting with employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax deductions, and reimbursements.
· Administering benefits (PF, ESI, gratuity, insurance).
Compliance & Policy:
· Ensuring adherence to labour laws, such as the Shops and Establishments Act.
· Drafting, updating, and communicating internal HR policies and handbooks.
· Handling exits formalities and full-and-final settlements.
Office Management:
· Managing office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
· Overseeing facility maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
Logistics & Travel:
· Coordinating travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and reimbursements for employees.
· Managing vehicle and transport arrangements.
· General Support:
· Drafting internal memos and maintaining document control.
· Organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
