Key duties include greeting visitors, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining cleanliness of the reception area, and handling administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and office supply management.

• Front Desk Management: Welcoming, welcoming, and directing visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and managing general emails.
