Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them during check-in and check-out.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.

• Manage reservations, room allocations, and updates in the system.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages related to bookings and guest services.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.

• Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments.

• Ensure lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
