Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Executive with prior Travel Desk experience to manage front desk operations and handle corporate travel coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and greet visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls and general inquiries
- Coordinate corporate travel (flight, hotel, cab bookings)
- Liaise with travel vendors and agencies
- Manage travel schedules, approvals, and records
- Handle courier, mail, and meeting room coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate team
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience as Front Office / Travel Desk Executive
- Hands-on experience in corporate travel booking and coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
