💼 Job Summary:The Receptionist or Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk operations of an organization. This includes greeting visitors, handling phone calls, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
🧠Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks (data entry, filing, etc.).
