Female Recruitment Executive (Work From Home + Field Visits)

Location: Work From Home (Bangalore-based candidates preferred)

Field Visits: As per interview requirement in Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

* Call hospitals and HRs to collect job requirements

* Call doctors, nurses & healthcare candidates

* Arrange and coordinate interviews

* Follow up with hospitals & candidates regularly

* Maintain interview and joining reports

* Attend interviews physically in Bangalore when required

Skills Required:

* Good communication skills (English mandatory)

* Hindi compulsory

* Malayalam or Bengali preferred

* Confident in handling hospital HRs

* Strong follow-up ability

* Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Experience:

* 1–3 years in recruitment / telecalling / HR preferred

* Healthcare recruitment experience is an added advantage

Salary:

* Rs 12,000 - Rs 15,000 + Performance Incentives

* Travel allowance for field visits

Important:

This is not a casual calling job.
