Job Description

We are hiring HR Recruiters who can actively source, screen, and close candidates for IT, AI, Consultant, Sales, and Support roles across Zenve Hub AI projects.

This is a performance-driven role with high monthly incentives for achievers.

Monthly Targets

Minimum Monthly Closures: 30–45 candidates

Interview Scheduling Target: 65–90 interviews per month

Offer to Joining Ratio: Maintain 80%+

Daily Calls Expectation: 80–120 calls

Database Management: Daily candidate tracking & follow-ups

Incentive Structure

₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per successful joining (role dependent)

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 monthly incentives for target achievers

Extra bonuses for over-achieving targets

Quarterly performance rewards for top recruiters

(No cap on incentives)

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using Apna, job portals, referrals, WhatsApp & social media

Conduct screening & eligibility checks

Explain job roles, process, and company policies clearly

Coordinate interviews & follow-ups

Ensure candidate joining & documentation completion

Maintain daily recruitment tracker

Eligibility Criteria

6 months – 3 years recruitment experience preferred

Freshers with strong communication can apply

Good communication in English + Hindi / regional language

Target-oriented mindset is mandatory
