About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional sales & revenue targets
• Lead, train, and motivate branch managers and their teams
• Monitor branch performance and implement growth strategies
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and service quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
• Regularly report performance metrics to senior management
