Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Bhubaneswar / Pune
Reports To:
Job Purpose:
To drive business growth across the assigned region by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, leading the regional sales team, and executing strategic sales initiatives in alignment with company objectives

Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in security & facility services
• Skills Required:
o Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
o Excellent communication and presentation abilities
o Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
