Job Responsibilities:• Manage and grow sales operations within the assigned territory/area
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for medical devices, surgical products, and implants
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans and customer engagement strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, doctors, distributors, and channel partners
• Conduct product presentations, in-service trainings, and demonstrations for healthcare professionals
• Support distributor onboarding, management, and performance tracking
• Identify new business opportunities and expand institutional sales accounts
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotions, CMEs, and product launches
• Maintain accurate sales reports, expense statements, and CRM records
• Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in sales of medical devices, surgical products, or implants
• Experience in hospital sales and surgeon engagement is mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach
• Basic understanding of tenders, institutional sales, and distributor networks
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Salary & Benefits:CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
