We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and manage multiple B2B Sales Managers and Sales Teams across assigned regions.
The RSM will be responsible for regional revenue growth, team performance, strategy execution, and key account management.

- Key Responsibilities Manage and drive sales performance across assigned regions
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Managers & sales teams
- Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals

- Review pipelines, forecasts, and sales reports regularly
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
