Regional Sales Manager

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business in the assigned city. The role involves managing a team of Relationship Officers, building strong relationships with builders, brokers and real estate channel partners, and achieving monthly disbursement targets. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation through channel partners, monitoring loan files from sourcing to disbursement, and ensuring smooth coordination with partner banks. The role requires strong market knowledge, team leadership and the ability to work in a target-driven sales environment. Candidates with experience in Home Loan, LAP or mortgage sales in BFSI are preferred.
