Job Description

A daily 3-hour call duration is mandatory.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a genuine desire to help customers achieve satisfaction. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.
