Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities Generate leads, meet prospective customers, and convert them into policyholders Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, or channel partners Promote insurance products (Life/Health/General) as per customer needs Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and renewals
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales or business development Strong field sales and negotiation skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Target-driven and self-motivated Ability to work independently in the field Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage Experience in Life / Health / General Insurance Exposure to Direct Sales / Agency / Bancassurance models
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work
