Job Description

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and results-driven Client Relationship Manager (Inside Sales) to join our team in the fashion, media, and entertainment industry. This role focuses on client consultation, talent screening, and portfolio conversion by guiding models, actors, and influencers after their shoots.


The CRM will play a key role in sharing professional feedback, understanding client aspirations, and converting them into portfolio clients through ethical and consultative selling.


Key Responsibilities


Screen and interact with models, actors, and influencers to understand their goals and requirements

Share post-shoot feedback with clients in a professional and encouraging manner

Educate clients on the importance of professional portfolios for career growth

Approach and guide clients to purchase suitable portfolio packages based on their profile

Handle walk-in clients and scheduled consultations effectively

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Follow up with clients after shoots to ensure clarity and conversion

Address client queries, concerns, and objections with confidence and professionalism

Coordinate with creative, styling, photography, and production teams after portfolio confirmation

Ensure smooth client experience from consultation to post-closure support

Work towards achieving monthly conversion targets and performance goals

Skills & Requirements


Proven experience in client relationship management, inside sales, counseling, or client servicing

Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills

Ability to confidently explain and recommend high-value portfolio services

Professional attitude with strong listening and problem-solving abilities

Target-oriented mindset with a consultative approach

Comfort in dealing with clients in person, over calls, and through digital platforms

Interest or prior exposure to the fashion, modeling, acting, or influencer industry is an added advantage
