Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Act as a relationship manager for NoBroker’s paid customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to effectively upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
  • Assist customers in finding the right tenant or house as per their requirements.
  • Dial outbound and attend inbound calls from customers and leads.
  • Utilize internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to customers.
  • Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers.
  • Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their account.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Undergraduate (BBA, B.Tech, B.A, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Language Requirements: English & Hindi, or English, Hindi & one South Indian regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Flexibility for day shifts (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week, with the weekly off on weekdays.
