Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage an assigned Imperia customer portfolio as per contact policy, delivering a consistent and superior digital banking experience.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate banking and financial products.
• Handle customer queries and service requests with accuracy, ensuring timely resolution and complaint management.
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance customer experience and drive adoption.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell across products (Assets, TPP, Cards, Deposits) based on customer profiling.
• Ensure customer retention, attrition control, and portfolio quality.
• Meet defined scorecard targets, portfolio benchmarks, and sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions in CRM, ensuring adherence to regulatory and process guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills (Graduate in any discipline)

• 0–3 years of experience in Banking / Relationship Management (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Basic banking and financial product knowledge
