Job SummaryAs a Relationship Manager at NoBroker, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, understanding their property requirements, and helping them close deals using NoBroker’s services. The role involves consultative selling, customer engagement, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience for buyers, tenants, and owners.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from customers interested in NoBroker services
  • Understand customer requirements (rent, buy, sell, owner services, etc.)
  • Pitch relevant NoBroker products and paid plans effectively
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve conversions
  • Guide customers through the property search or closure process
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduation in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 0–4 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or customer handling
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional language(s)
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in real estate, prop-tech, or inside sales
  • Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
