Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive / Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving conversions through timely follow-ups, and delivering exceptional service in line with NoBroker’s standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
  • Make outbound calls using both primary and secondary lead data to generate new opportunities.
  • Consistently follow up with new and existing leads to maximize conversions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about NoBroker’s offerings.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with company guidelines and customer expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, lead status, and call outcomes.


Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.A., BBA, B.Tech, MBA, etc.)

Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Languages :

Mandatory: English + Hindi or Kannada

Preferred (Optional): Tamil or Telugu

Work Commitment

Minimum 4 hours of talk time per day.

9-hour shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

6 days/week with 1 rotational weekday off.
