Role Overview
The Client Relationship Specialist delivers personalized one-on-one counselling to help students make informed academic and career decisions while supporting enrolment goals through structured guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student goals and preferences
- Create customized mentoring plans aligned with career aspirations
- Guide students through the complete admission journey
- Recommend suitable colleges, courses, and pathways
- Build strong mentor–student relationships for long-term engagement
- Track student progress and improve counselling outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless student support
