We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporate Car Rental Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing car rental reservations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

- Collect and process car rental requests via email from corporate clients.

- Accurately place reservations in the company portal, ensuring all details are correct.

- Allocate vehicles based on client requirements and availability.

*Tracking and Follow-Ups:*

- Monitor ongoing reservations and ensure timely execution of services.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone, providing detailed information on services and pricing.

- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a professional and timely manner.

*Qualifications:*

- Previous experience in a customer service or reservation management role is an advantage.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
