Job Title:

Residential Construction Sales Executive (B2C)



Role Overview

We are looking for a Residential Construction Sales Executive for residential house projects who can confidently handle house owners / plot owners (B2C), explain our construction process and pricing approach, drive site visits, and work towards agreement closure.


This role is focused on client communication, follow-ups, seriousness conversion, and sales closure. Detailed BOQ preparation will be supported by internal teams.



Mandatory Requirements (Apply only if you meet all):

  • Excellent orator with strong client communication & persuasion skills
  • Fluent in Kannada & English (mandatory)
  • Prior client-facing experience in residential construction / interiors / building projects
  • Comfortable calling leads, handling objections, and driving decisions
  • Willing to work in a target-oriented, performance-linked role



Key Responsibilities

  • Calling and handling inbound residential leads (plot owners / house owners)
  • Understanding client requirements and explaining:
  • Construction process
  • Scope of work
  • Quality standards
  • Overall cost positioning
  • Systematic follow-ups to convert enquiries into site visits
  • Coordinating and attending site visits with clients
  • Explaining high-level cost logic and inclusions (detailed BOQ supported internally)
  • Addressing price-related questions and competition comparisons confidently
  • Driving discussions towards agreement signing and advance collection
  • Coordinating with internal teams during the pre-construction stage



Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Basic understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, or quantity concepts
  • Ability to read drawings / basic AutoCAD exposure
  • Awareness of BBMP / BDA / BIAAPA / Panchayat approval processes (training will be provided)
  • Additional languages: Hindi / Telugu / Tamil



Experience & Qualification

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in construction / interiors / residential projects (client-facing)
  • Qualification: Graduate



Location

  • North Bangalore
  • Office-based with site visits as required



Compensation

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
  • Incentives: Performance-linked incentives based on successful project conversions

This is not a property brokerage or real-estate sales role.

This role involves residential construction pre-sales, client consultation, and closure.
