Job Description
Malgudi Farms is hiring a Restaurant Captain to supervise restaurant service operations and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise service staff and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Ensure timely and quality food & beverage service
- Interact with guests and handle basic queries or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Restaurant Captain / Supervisor preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused and well-groomed
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
