Job Description
🏆 Hamza Hotel Group (Since 1918) — New Restaurant Opening!
- We are launching Hamza Express (Multi-cuisine QSR) and Nawabi Chai House (24-hour Irani Chai Cafe) in Shivajinagar, Bangalore.
- Looking for experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations across both outlets.
💰 SALARY: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 + Incentives
📍 LOCATION: Shivajinagar, Bangalore
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage daily operations of 2 outlets
- Lead team of 50+ staff
- Handle Swiggy, Zomato & direct orders
- Control inventory, costs & quality
- Set up SOPs for new outlets
- Ensure customer satisfaction
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years restaurant/hotel management experience
- Multi-cuisine operations background
- Team handling experience (20+ staff)
- Swiggy/Zomato operations knowledge
- Hindi/Urdu speaking
