Retail Cashier

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to handle billing and payment transactions efficiently. The candidate should have prior experience in retail billing environments and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Generate bills and provide receipts to customers
• Maintain and balance cash register at the end of the shift
• Ensure smooth billing operations at the counter
• Address customer queries related to billing
• Maintain daily transaction records and reports
• Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation
• Follow company policies for cash handling and billing procedures

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in retail billing environments such as DMart, Vishal Mart, or similar billing centers
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and accounting
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer knowledge

Qualification:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
• Preferred: Commerce background
