Retail Sale Representative

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented Retail Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting sarees, provide styling guidance, and ensure an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements

• Showcase sarees based on fabric, occasion, budget & trends

• Explain product details like material, weaving, care instructions & pricing

• Assist customers with draping suggestions and styling ideas

• Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of the store

• Manage stock display and inform about low inventory

• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits

• Support festive season sales and promotions

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Good communication skills (local language Kannada Hindi and English preferred)

• Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude

• Basic knowledge of saree fabrics (cotton, silk, semi-silk, designer, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to upsell and cross-sell

• Honest, punctual, and team-oriented

• Basic billing or POS knowledge preferred

• 0–2 years experience in retail sales (saree or clothing store preferred)

• Freshers with interest in fashion & sales can apply
