Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the store and help them find the products they need.
• Cashiering & Billing: Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the computer system.
• Stock Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels, receive new stock, and ensure items are neatly arranged on shelves.
• Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized shop floor throughout the day.
• Reporting: Inform the manager about fast-moving items or out-of-stock products.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Must be fluent in Kannada (to communicate effectively with local customers).
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers (for billing and data entry).
• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th standard pass.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
• Soft Skills: Polite behavior, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
