Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Officer to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer

experiences at Akshata Retail. As a key member of our sales team, you'll engage with discerning

customers, showcase our exquisite jewellery collections, and ensure seamless sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Sales Excellence:

o Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences

o Showcase our premium jewellery offerings and facilitate buying decisions

o Prepare estimates and complete sales transactions with precision

o Achieve category-wise sales targets and contribute to store growth

 Retail Operations:

o Maintain impeccable store displays and ensure product safety

o Manage daily stock records, report sales, and ensure timely replenishment

o Collaborate with the VM team to enhance store visuals and footfall

o Develop relationships with competitors to leverage industry best practices

 Customer Feedback & Complaint Resolution:

o Collect and relay customer feedback to improve satisfaction and store ratings

o Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:

 Education: Graduate Degree from any stream

 Relevant Experience: Freshers or Experience (0-2)years of experience in sales/retail

 Behavioral Skills: Customer Centricity, Results-Oriented, Team Player

 Knowledge: Sales/Retail experience, process contribution, and product knowledge

 In-hand Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 per month

 CTC: ₹3.6 - ₹4.2 lakh per annum (includes basic salary, allowances, and

benefits)

 Incentives: ₹8,000 - ₹9,000 per month (performance-based incentives)

Work Details:

 Work Hours: 9 hours, flexible shift

 Timing Options:

o 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

o 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM
