Experience:0–5 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery retail preferred) (Freshers can also apply)

Languages:English and respective local language (Multilingual will be an advantage)

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming store experience.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, occasions, and budget.
• Explain product details including quality, craftsmanship, gemstones, and certifications.
• Offer styling suggestions and ensure a memorable and personalized shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of jewellery displays and sales floor.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, billing, and receipt issuance.
• Ensure product safety and prevent theft by following store security procedures.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends, new collections, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in store promotions, festive campaigns, and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Required Skills & Competencies:Prior retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery retail.
• Strong interest and knowledge in jewellery and gemstones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver superior customer service.
• High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
