Role OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Executives (Male) to be part of our retail team. This is a customer-facing role that plays a critical part in driving store sales, building customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

• Key Responsibilities- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and provide detailed product information.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and product packaging accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays on assigned counters.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Eligibility Criteria Education: 12th Pass
• Age: 18 to 28 years.
• Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English is mandatory.
• Appearance: Must be well-groomed and dressed in formal attire.
• Location: Open to working across the Telangana region.
• Compliance: Must adhere to Joyalukkas HR and operational policies.

Job Title: Executive -CRM ( Female )

• Job Location : Bengaluru Region
• Age : 30 Below(Female only)
• Duties and Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
• Understand the customer's preferences and needs through active listening.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
• Provide personalized attention to customers by understanding their taste and offering appropriate recommendations.
• Use strong communication skills to engage with customers and answer questions about products and services.
• Share information on company offers, promotions, and schemes to drive sales.
• Handle and escalate customer complaints or issues to management promptly for resolution.
• Monitor the showroom floor and ensure customers are attended to by assigning sales representatives accordingly.
• Record and communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management for continual improvement.
• Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
• Pleasant personality with a well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak multiple languages (multi linguistic skill is preferred).
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Customer-focused approach, with the ability to manage and resolve issues diplomatically.
