Retail Store Auditor

We are looking for a highly disciplined and detail-oriented auditor to enforce process compliance across stores. This is a field-intensive, control-focused role responsible for identifying errors, leakages, and ensuring strict SOP adherence.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily and surprise audits (stock, cash, billing, inventory)
• Verify manual bills, POS entries, and stock accuracy
• Audit alteration/tailoring tracking and execution
• Monitor daily store reports, emails, and operational gaps
• Detect discrepancies, misuse, and process violations
• Enforce strict SOP compliance across all stores
• Submit clear, actionable audit reports directly to management
• Candidate Profile:Strong, assertive personality with zero tolerance for deviations
• Hands-on experience in retail / logistics / warehouse operations
• Proven ability to identify and control operational leakages
• Comfortable handling store staff and taking firm decisions
• High integrity, discipline, and ownership mindset
