Role OverviewThe Sales Advisor will play a critical role in the pre-sales and early sales process, acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers. The role focuses on lead engagement, relationship building, and converting qualified prospects into site visits.


The candidate should be comfortable handling customer conversations, nurturing leads, and maintaining disciplined follow-ups to drive conversions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with inbound and outbound leads and introduce Acres Community projects to potential buyers and investors.
  • Clearly explain project concept, location advantages, and investment potential.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested prospects.
  • Maintain strong lead nurturing and follow-up discipline, which is critical to pre-sales success.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality call interactions with prospects.
  • Achieve defined site visit targets as part of the lead conversion process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely lead updates in the LeadSquared CRM system.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.
  • Support customer engagement through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up communication.
  • Process Discipline & ExpectationsSite visit targets must be consistently achieved through effective lead engagement and follow-ups.
  • Call quality standards must be maintained to ensure a professional and informative customer experience.
  • All lead interactions and status updates must be properly recorded in LeadSquared without delay.
  • Follow-ups are a critical success factor in pre-sales and must be handled with discipline and persistence.
  • In case of unhappy or dissatisfied customers, the defined escalation matrix must be followed promptly to ensure quick resolution and maintain customer trust.
  • Required Experience1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, customer engagement, or real estate sales support.
  • Experience in real estate, property advisory, or investment-related roles will be an advantage.
  • Skills & CompetenciesStrong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Customer-focused approach with relationship-building ability
