Marketing & Coordination Executive (Real Estate)

Location: HIG Colony, RMV 2nd stage, Bengaluru 560094

Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart and energetic Marketing & Coordination Executive to support our marketing and sales activities, coordinate with our vendors and partners, and ensure smooth day-to-day communications.

This is a simple, well-structured role focused on coordination, follow-up, reporting, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. You will play a key support role in our upcoming premium residential project at Sahakarnagar.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Coordination

• Act as the point of contact with marketing/digital agencies.
• Follow up on creatives, campaigns, schedules, and promotions.
• Help maintain brochures, basic content, and marketing materials.

2. Lead & CRM Support

• Track leads from different sources (digital, CP, referrals, walk-ins).
• Coordinate with the sales team for allocations and follow-ups.
• Ensure CRM entries are updated correctly.

3. Channel Partner (CP) Support

• Maintain CP records, coordinate CP meets, track participation.
• Help verify incentives/referrals with Accounts.

4. Site & Branding Readiness

• Ensure branding items (signage, standees, brochures) are arranged.
• Support small events, meetings, and customer visits.

5. Basic Reporting

• Maintain simple dashboards for leads, conversions, and marketing activities.
• Prepare short weekly updates for management.
• Skills/Advanced skills in MS Excel are required

6. Process & Coordination Support

• Work with COO to organise documents, SOPs, and marketing data.
• Suggest small improvements in workflow or follow-ups.

Admin Support

• Light admin coordination such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and supporting junior admin with basic tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing/sales coordination (preferred).
• Good communication in English and Kannada mandatory, Hindi/Telegu is added advantage.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft office. Knowledge of Canva or similar is added advantage
• Quick learner in software’s & apps
• A proactive personality with good follow-up skills.
• Multitasker and team player

Compensation

₹5.0 – ₹7.5 LPA

Incentives based on efficiency, timely coordination, and quality of reporting will be extra.
