Sales and Marketing Executive

Lead Management & Conversion:

• Proactively follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, and walk-ins.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled site visits and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial pitch to booking and documentation.

Site Presentations & Sales:

• Conduct professional site tours, explaining project USPs, floor plans, and technical specifications to potential buyers.
• Address client concerns regarding pricing, payment plans, and legal approvals (RERA/BIAAPPA).
• Negotiate terms within the approved price bracket to close deals effectively.

Marketing & Brand Awareness:

• Assist in executing local marketing campaigns, including BTL (Below The Line) activities like canopy setups, flyering, and local events in Jakkur/Sahakar Nagar.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure lead quality and provide feedback on campaign performance.
• Conduct market research on competitors in the North Bangalore belt to keep our pricing and offers competitive.

CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or Sell.do).
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasting future closures and identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel.

Soft Skills & Local Expertise:

• Communication: Fluent in English and Kannada (mandatory for local client trust) and Hindi.
• Networking: Ability to build relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners in the Jakkur area.
• Availability: Must be willing to work on weekends, as most site visits happen on Saturdays and Sundays (with a compensatory off during the week).
