Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Bangalore (Bengaluru)
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our products across the Bangalore market. The role involves dealer development, market expansion, brand promotion, and achieving sales targets through effective field and marketing activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks in Bangalore
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
- Promote products through regular market visits, demos, and presentations
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Coordinate with dealers for schemes, displays, and promotional activities
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and customer data
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches
- Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Bangalore market and trade channels
- Ability to travel extensively within the city
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
- Experience1–4 years of experience in sales & marketing (hardware, locks, building materials preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply
