Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with 5+ years of field experience to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in field sales, team handling, and strategic marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits and networking.

Manage and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordinate with the marketing team for branding initiatives and product promotions.

Organize product demonstrations, roadshows, and client engagement activities.

Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve product positioning.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

Monitor daily sales reports and provide strategic inputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in field sales & marketing.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to handle channel sales and B2B/B2C clients.

Good knowledge of the Bengaluru market.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Must own a two-wheeler (preferred for field role).
