Role Overview

We're looking for dynamic, people-oriented individuals to join our sales & marketing team. This role combines field activations, retail engagement, and brand building, perfect for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments and wants hands-on experience in sales and marketing.

What You Will Do

• Conduct product sampling & brand activations at societies, co-working spaces, retail stores, and events
• Engage walk-in customers with in-store sampling and personalized product recommendations
• Execute flyer distribution and local marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
• Generate quality leads and actively support conversions to meet sales targets
• Share festive offers and upsell products to improve average order value (AOV)
• Guide product selection and convert potential customers into buyers
• Coordinate activation opportunities and manage logistics for field campaigns
• Track performance metrics, customer engagement, and maintain feedback records

Preferred Qualifications
